HOW WE BEGAN
Having served in Senior Management positions in the real estate and construction departments for JPMorgan Chase, Omni Hotels, Sunstone Hotel Investors and Innkeepers USA, the Mr. Panzer gained a reputation for providing focused, value driven real estate service. In 2009, recognizing an opportunity to provide customized services to the Real Estate Industry, SBS Project Management was formed.

With the benefit of tested proceedures and methodologies as our base, we customize our work to the individual clients needs; providing value where and when you need it. Mr. Panzer manages the day to day business of the firm; managing all of the firm's internal processes, providing project direction and support, and executing projects himself. Never far from the constuction in the field, Mr. Panzer stays involved in every project that the firm takes on.
