Marriott Houston North - Houston, Texas
Softgood renovation of 395 guestrooms, corridors, suites, concierge lounge and construction on a new Marriott Great room. Renovation of concierge Lounge encompasses the expansion of one bay to include a new kitchen, new HVAC system and all new FF&E. The Marriott Great room project encompasses all public space to include a new portico, arrival sequence, front desk, construction of a new bar and restaurant, and complete FF&E replacement.
